12 Inches!!!

Back in February 12 inches of snow was dumped on us over night! Jaxon loved it. He still asks me every once in a while where his snow went.

Christmas 2009

Ready to open presents, not quite Christmas yet!

Snowball fight, Jaxon would call me out and ambush me with snowballs! He thought it was the funniest thing ever!

It took Jason showing Jaxon how to make snowballs and have a snowball fight to get Jaxon to go and play in the snow. After that Jaxon loved it. He played until he would come in crying because his hands were so cold they hurt!

Happy Halloween!!

We actually went trick-or-treating this year! If you remember last year Jaxon refused to wear his costume so we stayed home and just handed out candy. Well, this year Jaxon agreed to wear his costume! He was a little hunter, minus his hat and his camo face paint, and minus a gun (all the guns were as big as he is). It took a few houses to get the excitement in him and the understanding that all he had to do was ring a few doorbells and he would get candy. The sad part was a good majority of the candy of course had peanuts or peanut butter or was processed in a plant that processed peanuts, so as soon as we got home we had to swap out most of his treats! I don't think he even noticed though! Here are some pictures of Jaxon and his little friend Audrey trick-or-treating!

The first house.

Our house- Jaxon and Audrey comparing treats!

They can hardly contain their excitement!

Little Olivia- she is such a pretty princess!

A pirate- Riley, princess- Audrey and hunter- Jaxon. We met up with another neighbor boy at the end of the block!

We made it to the end of our little street. The kids wanted to go back and start again!

Visiting Nonnie at the Ranch

We went to visit Connie (Jaxon's nonnie) at the ranch last week so Jason and Pops could go hunting. Jaxon had so much fun feeding carrots to the horses and donkeys. He also helped collect fresh eggs and tomatoes. Jaxon has recently become interested in Superman and Spiderman, here he is being Superman.

Happy Birthday Grandad!

We celebrated my Grandad's birthday last week while we were in Midland!
1 week after Jaxon was born!

Yet another Pumpkin Patch- Halls Pumpkin Farm

We went to another pumpkin patch on Sunday with our across the street friends. Jaxon and Audrey had a ton of fun playing in the hay and at the slide. Jaxon was being a little camera shy...
